The International Brighton

Kovstruct was awarded the tender for the display suite for The International on Bay Street in Brighton. Working closely with iconic developer Landream and multi-award winning architects Carr, Kovstruct was given an existing site (The Brighton International function centre) and was given instructions to merge this existing structure with a brand new, ground-up display suite.

Despite the challenges with a project such as this, Kovstruct fulfilled the brief to the client by delivering a quality project with a precise eye for detail.

VicPROP Manningham

VICProp is a leading Real Estate and Development company in Melbourne. We had previously worked with them to fit out their CBD office in late 2016.

They approached us with a view to developing their Real Estate office at 642 Doncaster Road, Doncaster.

The brief to the architects at One Design Office was to create a modern, professional theme which was achieved with mood lighting, industrial materials, and dark elements throughout.

Southbank by Beulah

Kovstruct was proud to be a partner in the Southbank by Beulah International Design Competition held in July 2018. Six of the world’s top architecture firms teamed up with local Australian firms to design a concept for a site in Southbank to be developed by Beulah International.

Kovstruct worked closely with architects ODO (One Design Office) and Multiplex to deliver a temporary pavilion, known as “FLUX”, to house the architect presentations and judging panel over seven days. The competition concluded with the announcement of the winner – Green Spine; designed by UN Studio and Cox Architecture.

This was a technically precise project; construction of the pavilion occurred at one of the busiest intersections of Melbourne, with the project to be finished within a very tight timeframe. All the logistics had to be scheduled to the minute and the crews worked around the clock to deliver the project on time.

In 2019, Architzer awarded this project winner of the category Commercial – Pop-Ups and Temporary (Popular Vote)

UNO Display Suite

In 2017, we were asked to fit out a display suite for an upcoming project by SP Setia in A’Beckett Street in Melbourne.

Designed by renowned architects Elenburg Fraser, the display suite was designed using premium materials and precision manufacturing to achieve. The use of intricate metalwork integrated into the joinery was challenging, but the result was a testament to the design and the workmanship.
