This full-floor office refurbishment began with the removal of the previous tenant’s fit-out. The client wanted a bright, open space that offered a mix of formal and informal areas, including media and wellness rooms, and flexible meeting spaces. The talented team at Graham Nicholas designed a warm, collaborative environment using natural materials and nature-inspired touches. A calm colour scheme of blues and reds helps define the different zones within the open-plan layout. Zoned lighting and carefully chosen materials create spaces that support both focused work and flexibility - from private booths and meeting rooms to a sophisticated boardroom. At the heart of the office is a central collaboration hub and a breakout area with stunning skyline views. The result is a vibrant, intuitive workplace that balances energy with calm, designed to support William Buck’s team and the way they work today and into the future.
