DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

James is the Managing Director of Kovstruct, a licensed domestic and commercial building firm with a focus on establishing meaningful relationships with clients based on a proven track record.

James and his team have experience across all divisions of commercial/ domestic fit outs and new build projects.

James brings to the company his ability to work closely with clients and to ensure they get the best out of Kovstruct. His general role is client liaison throughout the project life-cycle and will be the person that you speak to the most.

James will see all projects through the quoting and pricing stage, inspections during the project, final handover, and post project.

Gavin brings with him 20 years of experience in corporate operations, specialising in operational improvement, process management and strategic focus. Gavin completed his MBA in April 2019 whilst working with the firm and brings all the departments together within the company.

Gavin has managed teams ranging in size from 20 to 200, both on a local scale and a remote/global footprint. His strength comes from his strong analytic skills and providing agile and effective solutions to operational problems.

Gavin offers business and administration support including Contract Administration, program and billing. He oversees the compliance aspect of the project from an OHS and Worksafe perspective and manages all the material and resource management.
